What does Youth Coaching Involve?

Help a young entrepreneur! Serve as an integral part of our award-winning Youth Small Business Program by coming out to 3 evening classes (2-hours each) over a 3 month period. You will be matched up with a youth who needs your experience. Coaches are also invited to attend the graduation session when participants formally “pitch” their business ideas, but you won’t find any dragon’s in this den!

Where Can I Coach?

The Youth Small Business Program is offered twice a year in Toronto at the Rotman School of Management.

What Is the Time Commitment?

Coaches are asked to commit to three evening coaching sessions (2 hours each) over the course of the program. Sessions run in the Fall and Winter.
