Setting expectations and goals for the mentoring relationship
Prior to your first meeting, download this template and send it to your mentee. Ask them to take the time to document their goals and objectives for your mentorship partnership. During your first meeting review the form with your mentee. Not only to understand their goals and expectations, but to explain your own goals, as their mentor.
